Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a well above average runner at 7.08. At 1B, he continues to show improvements in his defensive abilities at 1B. Hands / feet work well through the fielding process and he is a quality receiver at the bag, displaying proper footwork. He consistently showed sure hands and the ability to pick balls out of the dirt, saving throws. Throws display accuracy as he gets rid of the baseball quickly but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he continues to improvements through a squared / balanced setup. Hands are quick, generating plus bat speed through a level swing path and aggressive approach. He has tremendous strength in his swing as he works to keep hands inside the ball, utilizing all fields as he shows a feel for the barrel with baseball exploding off the bat when centered, displaying gap to gap pop.
