08/01/2018 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 (Ages 14-18) Guiliano continues to improve on the field and clearly loves the game as he is always the last player to leave. He can really swing it with the ability to put the ball in play consistently and drive it to the pull side with pop. He shows rhythm in the box to load and launch his fast hands through the zone. His lower half generates power and he works on a direct path to hit the ball hard regularly. At short, he creates efficient angles to field with active feet to work around the ball and field with soft hands. He gets low and has quick hands to exchange and release to make a very capable DP partner. On the mound, he shows a FB/CB mix with the ability to throw both for strikes in any count. He works downhill and is able to induce weak contact, while showing a put away pitch in his sharp curveball. Staying focused on his target will help improve command and the ability to throw quality strikes. Guiliano is an exciting prospect who looks to make an impact at the next level.
