12/28/2021 - All-In Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Harold is an OF out of Connecticut in the class of 2022. Defensively, he showed the ability to work behind and through the baseball all while taking good angles to the baseball and making accurate throws to his targets. Offensively, he has a simple set up with a strong base and smooth timing which lead to quick bat speed and hard contact. Harold is an athletic prospect who will continue to improve upon his skills to work towards the next level.

11/12/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Middletown (Hartford), CT Harold is a C/OF who will graduate in 2022. Defensively behind the plate, he works hard and tries to receive pitches with a soft mitt. He looks to center wild pitches off his chest and makes accurate throws down to 2B. In the OF, he takes aggressive routes/angles to the fly ball. He comes up with a clean exchange and makes strong throws to his cut-off man. As a hitter, Harold has a quiet head with patience. He takes aggressive hacks through the zone and looks to drive pitches back up through the middle of the field. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
