10/11/2020 - Back to Baseball Program Only - Sauget (St. Louis), IL Harrison is a RHP/OF prospect who continues to showcase his skills on the field. On the mound, Harrison gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He works with a clean arm and extends through his release, finishing with a controlled landing. Harrison shows a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 65mph with tailing action. Breaking ball sits from 56-58mph with 10-4 break. Striding square toward the plate can help Harrison improve his pitch command. In the field, Harrison makes the routine plays and keeps his throws accurate and on-line to his target. Harrison can field ground balls more efficiently by getting into a more athletic fielding position. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and takes a square stride. He gets back into his load well and produces solid contact. Taking a shorter swing path can help Harrison barrel up more baseballs. With five more years to develop, Harrison has the time and potential to further progress his skills on the field.
