07/15/2018 - Baseball Factory D.C. All Star Experience (Ages 14-18) Henrik is an athletic and talented 2021 1B prospect that made several adjustments throughout the training weekend. At 1B, Henrik reacts to the ball well and fields the ball in a squared position. Working off the bag, presents a low/early glove, and working from the ground up will allow him to field the ball in an athletic position. Continuing to practice game like throws in his throwing program will increase his ability to throw from multiple arm angles and on the run. At the plate, Henrik starts in a squared stance and keeps a middle approach. He needs to continue to attack the inside part of the ball and create rotation in the back hip to the ball. Getting his front foot down on time will allow him to see the ball deeper into the contact zone. Henrik will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

01/12/2018 - Baseball Factory National Spring Training at Pirate City Henrick is a hardworking 1B/OF prospect who has a projectable frame. As a right-handed hitter, Henrik has a tall stance with his weight on his heels. He sees the ball well out of the pitcher's hand and knows the strike zone. Henrik has a long stride and can add a load. He has a long swing path and is developing bat speed. Henrick has the ability to spray the ball to all fields. In the field, Henrick works hard and makes the routine plays. He fields the ball in the center of his body and works to funnel with his hands. Henrick has a restricted arm action throwing from an over the top arm slot. His throws can benefit from working through the baseball on his release. Overall, Henrik has a great attitude and can advance his game with development.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
