02/20/2017 - College PREP - Brentwood (Long Island), NY Henry continues to show a promising future on the diamond. Behind the plate, feet are active as he gains ground and works through a clean / transfer exchange as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. Pop times have improved as he threw his lowest pop time to date at 2.10 with life, accuracy, and on line carry to his throws. Hands are soft as he lets the ball travel and tracks well, sticking in the zone. He uses his body well through the blocking process and is a wall behind the plate. Receiving / blocking skills show as quality tools that will play well at the next level. At the plate, he shows an athletic setup. Hands are quick (80 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He works to keep hands inside the balls, utilizing all fields. Barrel accuracy is a plus with the baseball jumping off the bat when centered. Henry will get looks from the collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.
