03/20/2022 - All-In Membership - Panama City Beach, FL Hunter is an OF/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2024. In the field, Hunter shows active footwork and is agile covering ground. He gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of his body. His exchange is clean and he gains ground well on his throws, keeping them accurate with carry through his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an athletic stance and takes a square stride. He is smooth to load and drives through well with his lower half. He generates fast bat speed through the zone and sprays line drives to all fields. On the mound, Hunter gathers over the rubber and works with a quick arm, finishing with his chest square to the plate. He operates with a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 79mph. Breaking ball sits from 68-69mph with 10-4 break. Changeup sits from 71-72mph as he throws with deceptive arm speed. Overall, Hunter is a solid prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
