Hunter showed well on the mound and at the plate during his last workout. He has a FB that touches 70 MPH, his arm is free, and he lands in a square position. He has good run on his FB and his off-speed compliment it well. At 3B, Hunter has life in his feet, quick actions, and solid overall skills. At the plate, Hunter has an athletic set-up, his swing is level, and he can hit to all fields.

Hunter is a young two way player who can hit and hit for power. On the mound, Hunter has a long/free/loose arm throwing from over-the-top arm slot, while staying in-line and balanced. He throws three pitches for strikes with a curve-ball that has 11/5 shape. At third base, he remains on target and accurate while dropping his arm slot to high 3/4. He has soft/sure hands with playable footwork. At the dish, Hunter has an athletic/square setup with fast bat speed, which allows for hard contact. After a short path getting to contact he extends well through the ball and has gap-to-gap ability with power.
