He made consistent contact to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 68mph during BP. On the mound, he works exclusively from the stretch. He has a clean arm stroke and extends out front. Isaac has a controlled landing and finishes in a good fielding position. He attacks hitters with a FB that topped out at 65mph, a 10/4 shaped breaking ball, and a developing changeup. Showed good command on all of his pitches. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Isaac as he enters his freshman year of high school.

07/30/2021 - Baseball Factory Pro Select Training at Jackie Robinson Training Complex (MS) Isaac is a 2026 prospect out of Deer Park, TX who continues to shine on the diamond with his baseball abilities. Behind the plate, feet are active as he works in line through a clean transfer/exchange. Pop times showed in the 3.20 range. Times will continue to drop as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. He shows a squared setup and presents a soft mitt out front and utilizes his body through the blocking process, centering balls well out front. At the plate, he shows an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent hard contact and stays inside the ball through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for Isaac as he enters his 8th grade year.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
