11/06/2022 - All-In Membership - Omaha, NE Jackson is a solid 1B/RHP in the 2025 class. He has a projectable frame at 6ft/180 and room to grow. In the field, he impressed with solid footwork around the bag. He keeps his eyes behind the leather and is a great target for his defenders. Has a plus arm and is consistently accurate. On the mound, he has tempo and gets down the hill with feel for the zone. His FB sat 71-3 and pounded the zone with downward tilt. His CB sat 62-5 with 10-4 shape and plus arm speed. His CH sat 66-8 with sinking action. At the plate, he is quiet and his swing is simple and repeatable. His timing is fluid and stays inside his feet. Generates pull side pop and with added strength, he can become an elite hitter. Overall, Jackson is a player to watch in the 2025 class.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
