Behind the plate, hands / feet work well together through a quick / clean transfer exchange as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. Pop times have improved as he threw his lowest time to date at 1.99 as he will control the running game with his arm strength. Receiving / blocking skills show as quality tools that will play well at the next level. At 3B, defensive abilities have improved as well, displaying smooth / fluid actions. He works to get around balls and moves well laterally, flashing range. Hands are soft / clean as he presents on time. He shows off his athletic abilities on the slow roller play. At the plate, he shows an athletic setup with rhythm. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He works to stay inside the ball and has strength in his swing, displaying gap to gap pop.
