Offensively, Jaime has a tall, open setup with his weight in the front of his stance. He has a load with a square, long stride. Jaime has a direct, on-plane swing path with the knob of his bat to the catcher. He does a nice job clearing his hips and producing square contact. Jaime is a contact type hitter who looks to put the ball in play. In the field, Jaime plays with active footwork and covers good ground. He presents his glove and fields the ball in an athletic position. Jaime has a clean exchange leading into a loose arm action throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. He plays with good momentum through the baseball showing consistently online throws. On the mound, Jaime is a competitor and keeps his eyes on his target. He has balanced, on-time mechanics throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. He has a clean arm action and effectively uses his front side. Jaime stays square to home plate with a controlled landing. He rotates with his core and finishes well towards his target. Overall, Jaime is a coachable prospect who has a balanced skill set.
