12/27/2024 - Baseball Factory Holiday Classic at Pirate City Jason is a promising 2027 outfielder and right-handed pitcher from Copperas Cove, TX, who worked diligently to refine his skills at the Baseball Factory Pirate City Holiday Camp. In the outfield, Jason starts in an athletic, ready position and presents his glove well, with a clean exchange off his left foot. He makes accurate throws into the infield, reaching an arm velocity of up to 79 mph. At the plate, Jason starts in an open stance with loose hands, getting them activated to produce a smooth swing. He proved to be a tough out, collecting four singles and two walks in live game action, showcasing his ability to consistently get on base. On the mound, Jason works with good tempo and shows excellent life on his fastball, aided by a clean arm stroke. In two innings of work, he struck out five batters and did not allow an earned run, highlighting his control and poise. With two more years of continued growth and development, Jason has the potential to further enhance his overall abilities, both as an outfielder and pitcher.
