01/12/2024 - 2024 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jeremiah is a 3B/RHP out of Cottage Grove, MN who competed at the Pre-Season All-America Tournament at IMG Academy. At the plate is where he shows best displaying outstanding power potential through a tall, open setup. Hands are quick (87 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He has strength in his swing and stays inside the ball with gap-to-gap pop. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. At 3B, he starts in an athletic ready position and fields in a square position. Glove action is sure and presents well out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. On the mound, this righty has a 3-pitch arsenal in which to keep hitters guessing. Fastball showed a range of 71-72 mph. Breaking ball displays 10/4 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his change showing slight sinking action but throws too hard, resembling fastball. Jeremiah is a talented prospect who has the skill set to contribute at the next level.

05/28/2023 - National Showcase - Minneapolis, MN Jeremiah is a 3B/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2025. Medium frame strong build with thick lower half. In the infield he shows efficient footwork, with ability to cut down distance, and moves well laterally. He shows ability to cover ground and fields from a square fielding position with a low funnel. Made accurate throws to first base, with momentum to target, and an arm velocity up to 77mph. On the mound he works with good tempo and has a quick arm stroke. Works down the slope of the mound and has a controlled landing. He throws a FB that sits 72-74mph, an 11/5 shaped slider with tight spin, a changeup with sinking action that he throws with FB arm speed. SL was best pitch during his bullpen. At the plate he hits from an athletic and open stance. Shows natural strength in swing with late bat whip. During his round of BP, he hit balls hard to all fields. With 2 years of continued growth and development, we see this 2-way prospect having a bright future on the baseball field.

01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jeremiah is a 2025 3B out of Cottage Grove, MN that showcased his talents at the Baseball Factory Pre-Season All America event. At 3B, he has a good pre-pitch step and good center of gravity. Jeremiah plays fast and on his toes always making the routine plays. He throws from a high 3/4 arm slot and had consistent throws across the diamond. At the plate, he has a square setup, short stride, and smooth rhythm. He has fast bat speed, a repeatable swing path, and showed some pull side pop with an exit velo of 87mph. With 2 1/2 years left till college, Jeremiah will continue to grow and excel as a player on the field.

12/27/2022 - Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic Jeremiah is a 1B/RHP in the 2025 class out of Cottage Grove, MN. In the field, he has an athletic set-up and his feet work well. He gains a squared fielding position and his exchanges are clean. Arm fits his position well and he can release with quickness. Feeds are accurate and have life. On the mound, he operates with a 2-pitch mix. His FB sits 70-3 and his CB sits 56-60. The CB has 10-4 shape. Working to maintain the strike zone will be a key point as he moves forward on the mound. At the plate, he showed strike zone awareness (4 BB’s/2 1B’s) and line drive production. Has above average bat speed and allows his backside to engage with his swing. Overall, Jeremiah is a player to watch in the 2025 class.

10/23/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Stillwater (Minneapolis), MN Jeremiah is a strong 3B/RHP prospect who continues to showcase his skills on the diamond. In the field, Jeremiah shows efficient footwork and fields in a low position. His exchange is clean and he makes accurate/on-line throws across the diamond. Presenting his glove to the ball sooner can help Jeremiah field ground balls more efficiently. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance and takes a short stride. He gets back into his load and hits against a strong front side. He works through a short/direct swing with plus bat speed, driving the ball with authority. Jeremiah can create more consistent contact by getting into his load sooner. On the mound, Jeremiah operates with a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 73mph. Breaking ball sits from 58-61mph with 10-4 break. Changeup sits at 64mph. Separating his hands earlier in his motion can help Jeremiah improve his pitch command. Overall, Jeremiah is a solid prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

07/18/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Minneapolis, MN Jeremiah is a solid 3B/RHP who has a promising future on the diamond. At 3B, defensive abilities are solid as he displays fluid/smooth actions. Feet are active and plays through with his body. Glove action is firm but needs to present more out front. He moves well laterally with range improving as he increases foot quickness. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying well above average hitting abilities with outstanding power potential through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 70-74 mph with arm side run. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with arm side run. Slider is harder with tight spin and short break. Off speed stuff show potential as being quality pitches. Control is solid as he throws strikes with all his pitches. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. With 3 years to further develop, Jeremiah has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
