He utilizes his quick, athletic feet well in working in line through a quick transfer / exchange as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. Pop times are outstanding, showing a range of 1.91-2.06 as he will control the running game with his feet and arm. Throws display life, accuracy, and on line carry through his target. Receiving / blocking skills shows as outstanding tools that will play well at the next level. At the plate, Noe shows an athletic setup with balance and rhythm. Hands are quick, generating bat speed to and through a short / direct / level swing path. He shows a feel for the barrel with baseball jumping off the bat when centered, mainly to the pull side. For hitting grades to continue to improve, he needs to work on staying inside the baseball to utilize all fields. Jeremy has the makings of a special type player and will catch the eyes of the top collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.
