On the hill, John Michael has a clean arm circle, he works well to his balance point, and he uses his lower body. He repeats his delivery, separates on time, and finishes in a complete position. John Michael keeps his eyes on target and he has good glove side lead. Added arm strength and sharper command will help mound effectiveness improve. John Michael did not hit at the workout.
