12/27/2015 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Jonah showed a hard working mentality with great aptitude at his most recent Baseball Factory outing. On the mound, he threw a FB with signs of command, and spun a 10/4 CB with flashes of depth. His arm action worked clean and he had a good repeatable tempo. Jonah worked on his lower half use and on his CB release point to find more consistency for boosted command. At SS, he moved efficiently to make plays with good body control. He got his hands out in front and on-time to field with a sure glove, and used the proper footwork to throw. Adding more arm strength over the course of the spring will help add range, allowing him to finish plays in the six-hole. Offensively, he had a good setup with balance, and delivered the barrel on a direct and level path. He was loose & coordinated with his hands and hips, accelerating through contact. All in all - Jonah has strong upside as he enters his senior spring season.
