02/26/2023 - National Showcase - Lake Zurich (Chicago), IL Jordan is a talented C/SS in the 2024 class. Behind the plate, he shows flexibility and athletic actions. Has strong glove presentation and the ball sticks to the glove. His exchanges are clean and gains a short high ¾ slot. Release is quick (2,12 pop) and on the bag. Demonstrates advanced actions with his blocking. In the field, he takes solid attack angles and has clean hands. Stays square to the baseball and can redirect the baseball to his targets with life. At the plate, he has an athletic set-up and a square stride. Timing is smooth and has proper separation. Has balance and shows an quality on-plane path. Overall, Jordan is a player to watch in the 2024 class.

01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jordan is an athletic catcher in the 2024 class. Behind the plate, he has quick feet and agile movements. He receives in a squared stance and tracks the ball well. Ball sticks in the pocket and he can maintain the strike zone. Gets to his knees quickly on blocks and moves well from side to side. Sarm is fast (2.12 pop) and is accurate. At the plate, he has a short and compact stroke. Gains separation with his hands and stays inside his feet well. Back side gets through and shows line drive production. Overall, Jordan is a solid catching prospect in the 2024 class.

09/02/2022 - Baseball Factory's All-Region Tournament (HS) with Video Showcase Anthony continues to show as a prospect with his baseball abilities at the All-Region tournament. At SS, defensive abilities are well above average as he displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active as he works to square ball and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents out front. He moves well laterally and utilizes his foot quickness in covering a lot of ground. Throws are accurate with carry (86 mph velocity) across the diamond. At the plate, he continues to shine through a crouched setup. Hands are quick and works through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing through an aggressive hip turnMental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

01/07/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (AZ) Jordan is a 2024 C who showcased his skills at the Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-American Tournament. Primary C, has efficient footwork that allows him to gain ground towards second and gets rid of the ball. Presents a good target from an athletic/low secondary position. He throws from an over-the-top release point, with a short/quick arm stroke, and a best pop time of 2.04. He is on-time with his blocking and tucks his chin. At the plate, starts with an athletic and even stance. Has intent in swing and takes an aggressive hack. He made contact to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 79mph. In live game action, Jordan had a single and made consistent contact. With 2 years of continued growth and development, we foresee him having a bright future on the baseball field.

12/12/2021 - All-In Membership - Lynwood (Chicago), IL Jordan is an athletic C/SS who is a prospect on the diamond. Foot speed is excellent as indicated by his 60 time of 6.78. Behind the dish, he presents a soft/sure mitt showing great pocket awareness sticking pitches. Quick lateral movements allow him to center/deaden pitches in the dirt off a soft chest. Receiving / blocking tools show as quality tools that will play well at the next level. Pop times shows in the 2.28 range with accuracy on his throws. Times will continue to drop as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. At SS, defensive abilities are outstanding as he displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as he works around and plays through balls with his body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. He moves well laterally and utilizes his foot quickness in covering ground in the MIF. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying outstanding hitting abilities with well above average power potential through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap to gap pop. Lower half works well through the swing and shows a feel for the barrel. With 3 years to further develop, Jordan has a lot of potential and will get looks from the collegiate coaches as he continues to progress his game.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
