09/23/2012 - College PREP - Pittsburgh, PA Jordan is a two-way player that is a SS/P. Defensively, he is an athletic player with soft hands and the ability to make plays. His footwork is active with agile range. He can continue to focus on fielding further out in front of his body and reaching a lower fielding position. Jordan will benefit by building arm strength through a long toss program. On the mound, Jordan has a short arm action with a controlled balance point and on time separation. He stays in line during his delivery and reaches a complete finish. He can work on having less movement in his glove when delivering. At the plate, Jordan has a aggressive approach while still maintaining good balance through his swing. His lower half gets through with the ability to spray the ball to all fields. Hitting grades will improve with a smoother load and better feel for timing. With 2 years to further develop, Jordan shows abilities with room for improvement.
