10/18/2023 - Arizona Easton Fall Classic Jordan continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities at the Arizona Easton Fall Classic. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a 7.26 runner. At SS, defensive abilities are solid as he displays smooth / clean actions. Feet are active as attacks balls and plays through well with his body. Glove action is clean and presents out front. Throws are accurate with carry (83 mph velocity) to his target. At the plate, he shows an open setup. Hands are quick (82 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 71-75 mph. Breaking ball displays 11/5 shape with gradual break. Stock on the mound will continue to increase as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a great personality, is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be.

09/24/2023 - National Showcase - Seattle/Pasco, WA Jordan is a 2025 SS/RHP prospect with an athletic frame at 5'10" 160 pounds. At short, he does a good job of getting in a ready position and shows off quick feet with agile range to all angles. He gets in an athletic fielding position and presents firm hands out in front on ground balls. He has a quick exchange and makes accurate throws across the diamond from multiple arm slots. He does a nice job of following his flips to second and has good timing around the bag on double plays. He recorded a raw velo of 82 MPH. At the plate, he starts in an open stance and gets a good load back. He has fluid rhythm in the box and has good actions with his lower half when working through the baseball. He displays fast bat speed and quick hands and works hard to stay on-plane with his swing path. He lets his hips finish strong and makes hard, consistent contact. He flashed some pop to the pull side and recorded a max exit velo of 84 MPH. On the mound, he throws from a high 3/4 slot and features a 3-pitch mix. He does well to gather his balance over the rubber and gets on-time separation. He has a loose arm action and extends through his release point. He stays squared to the plate and does a great job of using his legs to get a good drive. He ran his FB up to 78 MPH and showed good command of the zone. His CB has gradual break and he throws his knuckleball with FB arm speed. Jordan is definitely a prospect that we are excited to see more of as he continues to develop his baseball skills!

12/27/2021 - Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic Jordan is a 2025 SS/RHP prospect who showcased his skills at the Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic. At SS, he starts in athletic stance on the balls of his feet and has quick/active footwork. Good 1st step reads enable him to create good fielding angles. He fields from an athletic/low fielding position, with soft hands out front, and ability to pick out hops. Accurate throws from multiple arm slots with an arm velocity up to 74mph. Showed good touch on his DP feeds. At the plate, he hits from an athletic and relaxed stance with loose/comfortable hands. Showed good hand/eye coordination and gets on-plane early. He hit hard line drives to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 77mph. During the games, he reached base 8 times with 3 singles, 3 base on balls, and 2 hit by pitches. On the mound, he works exclusively from the stretch. He separates his hands on-time and has the proper stride length. In the game, he worked 1 innings and flashed a FB that topped out at 72mph and a knuckle/change that he throws with good arm speed. He fanned 1 and showed ability to control the run game. Jordan is a solid 2-way prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field with continued development.

05/16/2021 - All-In Membership - Spokane, WA Jordan is a class of 2025 SS/RHP prospect. In the field, he shows quick foot speed and the ability to cover ground to both sides of him. Does a good job working downhill. High transfer and quick release help him get the ball across in a timely manner. Works well around the bag on double plays. At the plate, he shows an advanced approach with a line drive focus. Shows power potential to his pull side. Flashes athleticism in his swing. On the mound, he shows simple and repeatable mechanics. Throws 3 pitches for strikes. Best pitch is his Knuckleball that has lots of movement. Jordan is a bright young prospect that we hope to see again as he continues to develop.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
