On the mound, Joseph has a loose arm action, he works to his balance point well, and his separation is smooth. He keeps his eyes on target, his shoulders are level, and he lands in a square position. Joseph hides the ball well, and can improve mound effectiveness by staying taller and adding arm strength. Joseph did not hit at the workout.
