Joseph is a talented 2-way prospect who continues to shine and did so again at Pirate City. Offensively, this righty steps into the box with a purpose looking to swing it. He is aggressive and looks to jump on 1st pitch FB's. Hands are quick with swing on a level path to and through the zone. He connects and drives the ball from gap-to-gap (exit velo = 83 mph). At 3B, he works into a square fielding position and presents his hands out front. He gathers well and has a smooth transfer with strong throws across the diamond. On the mound, this RHP has a repeatable delivery and attacks the zone. FB still sits in the low 80's as he works the corners. He has a good mound presence and doesn't let the situation affect what he does. Breaking ball compliments his FB well with good break and 11/5 shape. Plaskett is a projectable 2-way player who can make an impact on the diamond in a variety of ways.
