Josh is a tall, projectable 2-way player who pitches and plays OF. On the mound, Josh has a quiet head, simple delivery, and good glove side lead. He has a sound, loose arm, level shoulders, and works in good rhythm. Josh commands both sides of the plate and attacks hitters with his FB that has late life. If Josh can drive more with his legs, and continue to add arm strength, mound effectiveness will continue to rise. In the OF, Josh has fluid footwork, sure / playable hands, and takes good routes and angles to the baseball. He works behind the ball well, catches with 2 hands, and follows his throws to his target. Josh throws accurately to his target with life and carry. At the plate, Josh has a good base, quiet load, and a level swing. He has good bat speed and can hit to all fields. If Josh can liven his hands and add physical strength, hitting grades can improve. Minor improvements can result in Josh getting even more looks from colleges in need of a solid two-way player.
