10/05/2022 - Arizona Sophomore Fall Classic (2025) Joshua is an athletic C in the 2025 class. Behind the plate, scouts were impressed with his actions and ability to call a game. His feet are quick and receives strikes inside his body. Has strong pocket feel and catch to release is quick. Uses short arm action and an over-the-top release. Throws to 2B are accurate and on a line (2.40). Working to sink his hips more in his primary stance will help him keep his thumb under the low pitch. Moved well and recovered nicely on dirt balls. In the batters box, he has advanced strike zone knowledge by reached base 5 out of ten plate appearances (2 hits 3 BB’s). Gets into his load well and has smooth rhythm. Stays inside his feet well and uses the middle of the field. Working to get his front foot down sooner will allow for more backside power through the baseball. Joshua is also a gifted athlete who can also play the infield. Overall, he is a must follow in the 2025 class.

04/03/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Charlottesville, VA Josh is an SS/C in the 2025 class. Behind the plate, his catch to release is quick and clean. Throws from a high ¾ slot and is accurate to the bag. Throws are on-line (2.46 pop). Moves well laterally while receiving and blocking. Can work to quiet his body down and keep his weight on the inside of his feet. At SS, he produces a quick release. Scouts liked his footwork around the bag with his feeds and turns. As a hitter, he proves to be a gap-to-gap player. His barrel is in the zone and his hands are fast (85 exit velo). Stays centered in his load to swing phase and working to stay tall will prevent a backside collapse. Overall, Josh has 4 years to work hard on his game and become a special player on the diamond.

10/13/2021 - Arizona Freshman Fall Classic Joshua is a 2025 C prospect who showcased his skills at the Arizona Freshman Fall Classic. At C, he has athletic actions, with active feet, and presents a low target. Good lateral movement, with good blocking angles, and centers the baseball. Works thumb under as he creates momentum to target, into an over the top release point with accurate throws to second base. Arm velocity has been up to 76mph and his best pop time to date is 2.2 seconds. A right-handed hitter, he hits from a tall and open stance with high hand set. Relaxed setup, with on-time rhythm, and is centered at contact. A flat barrel path enables him to spray balls consistently to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 74mph. During the games, Joshua reached base 3 times with 3 singles and had 2 RBI's. With 4 years of continued growth and development, we foresee him making huge strides on the baseball field.

12/27/2020 - Baseball Factory East Coast Winter Classic Joshua is an athletic catcher who has a promising future on the diamond. Behind the plate, feet are active as he works in line through a clean transfer / exchange. Pop times show a range of 2.59-2.70 with accuracy on his throws. Times will continue to drop as he continues to build more arm strength through a long toss program. He shows a squared setup and presents a soft mitt out front and utilizes his body through the blocking process. At the plate, he shows a closed setup. Hands are quick and work through level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, plays hard, and is very coachable.

12/05/2020 - Mid-Atlantic Regional Offensive Skills Weekend Joshua is a coachable SS prospect who worked hard on his skills during the Offensive Skills Weekend. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a closed stance with center balance. He is smooth to load and works through a level swing, producing consistent contact. Driving his lower half more can help Joshua generate more pop off the barrel. Overall, Joshua is a solid prospect who has the time and potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

07/13/2020 - All-In Membership - Richmond, VA Joshua is a skilled R/R SS who graduates in 2025. With the bat, this RHH displays a square setup with centered balance and fluid rhythm to load. Quick hands fire the barrel and a short/direct path to and through the zone as he connects with strength and hits the ball with some pop. At SS, he has active prep footwork moving well on the balls of his feet. He works fluidly right to left, presents his glove and funnels it into a clean transfer throw. DP feeds and turns are smooth/efficient. Radmore has a solid skill-set with upside and a ton of time to develop on the diamond.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
