12/20/2015 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 1 Joshua is a coachable player who worked hard on his game during his time in Pirate City. In the INF, he displays sure hands and moves well laterally. Hands/feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy on his throws. At the plate, hands work through a level swing path and he makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. On the mound, he shows good mound presence. Tempo is quick as he doesn't give hitters a chance to get settled. Arm works well to the plate with fastball showing in the low 70 range. Breaking ball displays 12/6 shape with downward action. Control is solid as he attacks hitters, throwing strikes with all of his pitches. He does a nice job of pitching off his fastball - setting up his off speed stuff well. Ryan will continues to develop to get to where he wants to be.
