09/24/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory All-America Game A first for the Baseball Factory All-America Game Loo pitched both right-handed and left-handed! He was effective from both sides across his 2 innings and still is remarkable in his ability to switch hitter-to-hitter and throw strikes. His fastball right-handed was up to 94 mph with a tight breaking ball, and he pitched effectively from the left side in the upper 80s with a bigger, slower curve.

05/29/2021 - 2021 BF National Florida Showcase Jurrangelo is a special prospect who is one of the most unique players we have ever seen. He is an ambidextrous pitcher who is a high-level prospect both from the right and left side. Right-handed he has slightly more velocity - topping at 91 mph at the Baseball Factory Florida Showcase and the ball has good tailing action thanks to his 3/4 arm slot. He complements that pitch with two types of breaking balls that have 3/4 tilt and are thrown at slightly different speeds, and he has good feel for a changeup. From the left side Jurrangelo showed a similar delivery and arm slot, topping at 87 and throwing a curve and change. He was able to switch batter-to-batter and maintain his mechanics from both sides and control his stuff. It was impressive to watch, and his abilities make him a real weapon on the mound.

08/19/2016 - Interactive Video Program - South Williamsport, PA Jurrangelo is an ambidextrous SS/RHP. At SS, he gets into a low fielding position. He fields GB's with soft, sure hands with a smooth backhand glove. On the mound, Jurrangelo throws the ball from both arms effectively (Right and Left side). He mixes his pitches well and commands the zone with strikes. At the plate, he repeats his smooth swing. He drives balls with sneaky power as he extends well through the zone. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Defense
1.	Arm strength
2.	Quick exchange to throw
Pitching
1.	Long toss
2.	Keep ball down
Offense
1.	Load in hands
2.	Lower 1/2 drive
3.	Bat speed

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
