Justin continues to improve athletically, knocking 2 tenths off of his 60 yard time (down to 6.94) and improving his raw velocity (up to 86 mph) since we last saw him (just four months ago). Offensively, he has quick, loose hands and the ability to use the whole field. Shows flashes of some gap power which will improve along with his strength and better utilization of his lower half. Actions in the outfield are clean. Angles and reads are good. Arm will play even better as he works to improve momentum to his target and stays in line with his lower half a bit longer. Pace of progression as an athlete and as a player has been encouraging. Justin has the chance to help a program out with the bat, the glove, and his legs.
