05/25/2021 - 2021 BF National South Showcase Kaden is one of the top 2-sport athletes in the country as a high-level QB and a quality OF prospect. His calling card is his left-handed power that showed up, as usual, at the Baseball Factory South Showcase. He tends to hit high hard line drives that continue to carry, and he showed that in both BP and in his home run during the game. The ball is loud off Kaden's barrel and he is most comfortable turning on pitches and driving them to the pull side. He moves well in the OF and has a strong, accurate arm that also allows him to jump on the mound and pitch effectively at times. With present strength, athleticism and useable power, this is a prospect to follow closely.

05/28/2020 - 2020 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National South Kaden is an exciting young prospect with some serious juice in his left-handed stroke. Only a 2022 grad, he is already physical and athletic with quick hands in the box and pull power. He has an aggressive approach at the plate, looking for a pitch he likes and taking a hack looking to do damage. He recorded an impressive 99 mph exit velocity off the tee and looks to be a middle-of-the order bat at higher levels. Defensively Kaden looked instinctual in the outfield and closed well on balls. He has carry to his throws allowing him to play either corner OF spot well. Overall, there is a comfort and confidence to him on the field which plays well with his high level tools.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
