02/12/2021 - Baseball Factory Opening Day Classic (HS - East) Kaden is a 2022 OF/LHP. Medium frame with athletic, projectable build. Left-handed hitter, hits from tall and open stance. Coils into back hip and loads hands well, some length to stroke out of load, line drive plane, middle-field approach. Primary OF, deliberate footwork to the ball, hands work well out front. Throws from a loose 3/4 arm slot. Also pitched, high 3/4 arm slot. 3 pitch pitcher, fastball worked with good plane, showed curveball with 1/7 shape, flashed changeup as well. In 3 innings of work recorded 4 k’s. As he continues to develop, we see him playing at the next level.

11/26/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Shreveport, LA Kaden is a 1B/LHP who will graduate in 2022. Defensively at 1B, he hustles hard and works into a square fielding position on GB's. He comes up with a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this lefty gathers over the rubber with a 3-pitch mix. He delivers from a hi 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action and works in line towards home plate. At the plate, Kaden is a solid contact hitter. He tracks pitches well into the zone and looks to drive the ball back up through the middle of the field. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
