10/06/2013 - Interactive Video Program - Parker (Denver), CO Kaison is a tall, athletic, 2-way player who plays OF and 3B. In the OF, Kaison works behind the ball well, he has good body control, and his hands are sure. He has a low approach, he fields the ball cleanly, and he throws with a free arm action with carry to his target. At 3B, Kaison has good pre-pitch actions, soft hands, and he fields on-time. He has a solid overall idea and throws with carry across the diamond. Offensively, Kaison has an athletic set-up, a square stride, and a level swing. He has good barrel accuracy and he stays on top of the ball. Overall abilities can improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
