03/20/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Bowie, MD Kameron is a 2023 OF out of Waldorf, MD. In the OF, he displayed fluid footwork by taking good drop steps on fly ball while trying to work behind the ball. On the run through ball he attacks hard and gets in a low fielding position to work through. He picks it cleanly and makes good exchanges to accurate throws to his cut offs. At the plate, he uses a slightly closed stance with decent timing to deliver the barrel through the zone. He hits the ball hard to the pull side but could benefit from working inside the baseball to create extension after contact to create backspin. Kameron is a projectable athlete with a promising future if he continues to work on and develop his game.

12/11/2020 - Baseball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Kameron continues to shine on the diamond. At the plate is where he shows through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. In the OF, he takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. He works to get behind balls but needs to play through with momentum to his target. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program.

09/04/2020 - HS All-Region Tournament Kameron continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a 7.28 runner. In the OF, he takes proper routes / angles in tracking balls down. He works to get behind balls and plays through with momentum to his target. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers ground. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop.

02/22/2020 - Baseball Factory Mid-Atlantic Offensive Skills Weekend - Columbia, MD (Ages 14-18) Kameron is a hard working athlete who continues to make great strides in his game. As a hitter, he displays an athletic/crouched setup with a solid base. Swing it quick/direct to and through the zone, connecting and driving the ball with some pop (exit velocity now at 75 mph). Continuing to work on his rhythm and softening his stride while engaging his lower 1/2 will all help power at the plate to climb. This 2023 grad has skills with upside.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
