01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Keenan is a 2024 grad out of Bartlett, IL who continues to show as a top prospect with improvements in his baseball abilities and did so at the Baseball Factory Preseason All American event. At the plate, hitting abilities are at a pro level with tremendous power potential through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (99 mph exit velocity) and works through an aggressive swing path. He has strength in his swing and shows a feel for the barrel with gap-to-gap pop. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. At 3B, he displays smooth/fluid actions. Feet are active as he attacks ball and plays through with his body. Hands are firm and presents well out front. Throws are accurate with carry (88 mph velocity) to his target. He utilizes his foot quickness in covering a lot of ground. Keenan has a high skill-set and will get looks from collegiate coaches and pro scouts with his baseball abilities.

10/19/2022 - Arizona Easton Fall Classic - Upper Class (2023-2024) Keanan continues to show as a prospect on the diamond with his baseball abilities. At 3B, he displays smooth/clean actions. Feet are active as attacks balls and plays through well with his body. Glove action is soft/sure and presents well out front. Hands/feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy/carry (87 mph velocity) to his target. At the plate, power potential is outstanding through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (96 mph exit velocity) and works through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Lower half works well through the swing with an aggressive hip turn. At the event, he was 4 for 10. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a great personality, is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be.

Exclusive College Recruiting Program Keenan is an athletic 3b prospect in the 2024 class who has physicality and feel for the game. Offensively, he brings bat speed with a feel for turning on the baseball and a bat path which creates lift throughout the big part of the field to the pull side. His power is apparent with consistent mid 90 MPH exit velocity that has been up to 101 mph at the peak. His tools perform in game and he has the frame to continue to add more strength to make him a true corner power profile. Defensively, he has good feet that work in rhythm with the arm strength to stick at 3b at the next level. His athleticism and arm strength combined with his bat will handle a move to the OF to play on a corner in LF or RF, as well. Keenan is an advanced prospect who will be an impact prospect for college programs.

04/24/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Rosemont (Chicago), IL Keenan is an athletic 3B/OF prospect who continues to showcase his skills on the diamond. In the field, Keenan shows efficient footwork and creates good angles. He gets into a square position and fields the ball out in front of his body. His exchange is clean and he gains ground well on his throws, keeping them on-line to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an athletic stance and takes a square stride. He gets into his load and hits against a strong front side. He works through a direct swing with fast bat speed and sprays the ball to all fields. Overall, Keenan is a talented prospect who has the potential to contribute at the next level.

12/27/2021 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Keenan is an athletic 3B prospect out of Bartlett, IL who showcased his skills during the Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City. In the field, Keenan moves well laterally and fields in an athletic position. His exchange is clean and he fires strong throws across the diamond. At the plate, this RHH shows an aggressive approach through an athletic setup. He uses the plus leverage in his swing to generate a ton of pop, showing in game during the event with one home run. On the mound, Keenan operates with a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 75mph. Breaking ball sits at 62mph with 10-4 break. Overall, Keenan is a talented prospect who has the potential to contribute at the next level.

05/02/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Rosemont (Chicago), IL Keenan is a 3B who will graduate in 2024. Tall frame athletic build with strength present and projectable frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. Primary 3B, a good pre-pitch step and efficient feet allow him to create good angles. Clean exchange as he creates good momentum on his throws across the diamond. Consistent and online throws with an arm velocity of 82mph. Showed good touch on his DP feeds. Huge upside for this young/developing player. Righthanded hitter begins with an upright and closed stance. Simple load, with a short stride, and a balanced launch position. Fast bat, who extends through contact, and ability to make loud contact to the pull side with a bat exit velocity of 98mph. As Keenan continues to mature and develop, we see him having a bright future on the baseball diamond.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
