08/11/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Kannapolis (Charlotte), NC Keller is a young, 2-way player who plays OF and LHP. In the OF, Keller has fluid footwork, soft hands, and he fields the baseball athletically. He plays aggressively, works behind it well, and throws with consistency from a long arm action to his target. On the mound, this LHP has good balance, he separates his hands on time, and has a controlled landing toward home plate. Offensively, Keller has a square/athletic set-up, he loads well, and stands in well balanced. He makes consistent contact and can spray the ball to all fields. Overall skills can improve with work on the following.

1. Throwing
2. Release

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
