07/16/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Sauget (St. Louis), IL Kendall is an athletic 3B/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2025. In the field, Kendall shows active footwork and attacks the ball aggressively. He gets into a low position and fields the ball with a firm glove. He makes a clean exchange and gains momentum well on his throws, keeping them consistently on-line to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and shows a smooth rhythm. He takes a direct swing with fast bat speed, leading to solid gap to gap pop. On the mound, Kendall gathers over the rubber and extends through his release well, finishing with his chest over his front knee. Kendall shows a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 67mph with arm side run. Breaking ball sits at 51mph with 11-5 break. Changeup sits from 58-60mph. Overall abilities can improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
