01/14/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (FL) Kenneth is a 2024 SS/RHP prospect who showcased his skills during the Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-American Tournament. On the mound, he gathers over rubber, with a clean leg lift, and works with good direction down the mound. Worked with good tempo and showed a good pick move to first base. He attacks hitters with a FB that topped out at 79mph with good arm side run, and an 11/5 shaped breaking ball with tight spin. In 4 innings of work, he punched out 6 hitters and induced soft contact. In the field, he starts with a good prep step and works to center the baseball. Good 1st step reads enable him to create good fielding angles and has a clean transfer. Made throws to first base from a high 3/4 arm slot and an arm velocity up to 79mph. At the plate, this right-handed hitter hits from an athletic and even stance. Starts with a solid base, with good hand separation, and had a good bat angle at contact. Gets on-plane early as he hit balls to the pull side with a bat exit velocity up to 86mph. During the games, he reached base two times via base on balls. With 2 years of continued growth and development, we foresee this 2-way prospect making huge strides on the baseball field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
