11/01/2015 - College PREP - Midland, TX Kenny is a R/R 2-way player (C/OF) who graduates in 2019. With the bat, this RHH shows a balanced setup with a solid base. He waits for hit pitch and fires the barrel - working to drive the middle of he field. Getting more separation on his load and working the engage (unlock) his backside lower 1/2 will help to improve his skills at the plate. Behind the dish, Kenny sits in with quiet actions and tracks pitches into his mitt. Exchange is clean as he works in-line toward 2B - pop times of 2.56. Getting on a long toss program will help to strengthen his arm and lower pop times. In the OF, he has active prep and is aggressive to track down fly-balls hit to his right and left. He secures the ball and makes accurate throws into his target. Continuing to develop his foot speed along with playing through the ball more will help to improve his skills in the OF. Kenny still has a ton of time to work on and develop his skills.
