05/28/2020 - 2020 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National South Everything Kenny does on the field looks smooth and fluid. At the BF South Showcase he continued to show why he is one of the better hitting prospects in the class. His LH stroke is natural and easy, and his approach in game situations is advanced with good strike zone judgement. The ball comes his bat well and he picks his spots to turn on balls and try to drive it out of the park. Defensively Kenny profiles best as a LF with solid range, dependable hands and an accurate arm. There is overall polish to his game and still more upside as he continues to gain strength.

10/26/2019 - 2019 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's Futures South Kenny is an athletic, strong OF who has a tremendous future on the diamond. In the OF not many balls get down that are hit his way (6.89 60 time). Transfer exchange is smooth as he zips throws (87 mph velocity) on a line through his target. He has the versatility to play all 3 OF spots effectively and shows big play potential. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying pro level hitting / power potential through an athletic setup. He stands in with a solid/strong base and has fluid rhythm to load. Barrel delivery is short/quick with aggression as he connects with power (94 mph exit velocity) driving to all parts of the field. With 2 years to further develop, Kenny has a tremendous upside and will get looks from the top collegiate coaches and pro scouts with his baseball abilities.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
