01/17/2020 - 2020 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Kevin is an athletic and solid 2021 SS prospect. At SS, Kevin is on time with his prep step, he presents a low/early glove, and works from the ground up. He fields the ball with 2 hands and has good footwork on double plays. At the plate, Kevin starts in a narrow stance, has a simple load, and gets to balance. He rotates his back side, attacks the inside part of the ball, and has power to the pull side. Kevin is a heads up baserunner and has a high baseball IQ. Kevin will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
