01/18/2019 - 2019 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Konner is a 6'1/185 lbs C/3B prospect with consistent playing ability on both sides of the baseball. Defensively, the 2020 backstop flashed pops in the 2.0 - 2.1 range with a quick clean exchange, and accuracy on the bag. He presented the glove well and sat athletically to receive. Offensively, he had a small move to hit, getting the hands and body activated in a controlled manner to launch. He had a smooth stroke and stayed in the middle with his approach. Overall, Konner is setup to have an exciting Junior spring season, and we look forward to tracking his progress as he approaches college.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
