08/14/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Jacksonville, FL Kyle is a solid two-way (OF/RHP) prospect in the 2023 class. At 1st glance, his measurables jump off the page. Ran a 6.87 60yd dash, registered 87 in arm strength and showed 84 exit velo. Along with the numbers, his athletic actions showed in the field. He has a quick 1st step and reads the ball off the bat. Shows advanced agility while covering his defensive area and fields in an athletic position. Has pocket feel and can transition the baseball back to the dirt with life and accuracy. Working to gain momentum through the ball and follow his release will add to an already plus arm. On the mound, he throws from a low ¾ slot. His FB topped at 80 and finding a consistent release point will add to his accuracy. Has a plus CB with late break (67 velo). His CH sat 72-4 and showed deception with FB arm speed. Added a knuckle to his arsenal and can be used as a swing and miss pitch. At the plate, he begins with an open stance and strides square to the plate. Stays centered in his balance and gets his backside through. Displays a direct path for line drive production. Overall, Kyle is a can’t miss prospect in the 2023 class.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
