10/17/2015 - 2015 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's Futures South Jacobsen stands a well-proportioned 6-foot and 180 pounds, and posted 6.66 in the 60 yard dash. His right-handed stroke is naturally fluid and easy, with excellent rhythm and balance. He accelerates the barrel through contact very well, and featured the hand-eye coordination and barrel accuracy to deliver hard line drives from gap to gap in batting practice. He maintained the same rhythm to hit in a short look at live game at bats, and showed a confident presence in the batters box. Defensively, he moves with purpose and efficiency to create momentum through the play on the ball, and showed a strong and accurate arm. Overall, a naturally gifted player with a high-level hit tool and the chance to stay in center field -- making him among the top prospects in the 2017 class.
