07/17/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Rindge, NH Kyle is a SS/RHP who will graduate in 2021. Defensively at SS, he takes active angles as he works into a low/athletic fielding position. He plays through the ball with soft hands and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber with a 4-pitch mix. He delivers from a hi 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action and finishes in line towards home plate. With the bat, Kyle gets back into a smooth load. He whips his barrel on a short path fast through the zone and drives pitches with hard contact. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
