01/23/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Missouri City (Houston), TX Leo is a SS who will graduate in 2023. Medium frame lean build with strength present and room to add throughout. At SS, starts with a good prep step and active footwork with ability to close distance on batted balls. Creates good fielding angles and showed ability to play underneath the baseball. He fields from a square fielding position, with hands out front, and has a low funnel. Has a long arm stroke and throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity up to 81mph across the diamond. Made accurate and on-line throws with momentum to first base. At the plate, he hits from a crouched and even stance. He starts with an on-time stride, with activated hands, and is centered at contact. He gets extended through contact as he sprayed balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 77mph. With another year of growth and development, we foresee Leo having a bright future on the baseball field.

12/12/2021 - All-In Membership - Pearland, TX Leo is a SS who will graduate in 2023. Medium frame thin build with some strength present and room to add throughout. Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
