08/16/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory All-America Game powered by Under Armour Liam is one of the top RHP prospects in the country, and he showed why at the Baseball Factory All-America Game. He has a tall, proportioned frame with excellent athleticism and an extremely quick arm. He moves down the mound very well and coordinates his upper and lower body well. His fastball is comfortably in the low-90s, often touching higher, and the pitch has heavy boring action through the zone. Liam manipulates his breaking ball very well by adding and subtracting velocity which subtly alters the shape. The 3/4 tilt stays pretty constant, and the most effective offering in Kansas City seemed to be a hard curve that had excellent depth when thrown in the upper 70s. Liam rounds out his arsenal with a quality change that has some fade and some sink when he turns it over well. Overall, everything here points to a front-end starting pitcher at the next level.
