Luciano showed nice overall improvements in his game during his last workout with The Factory. He raised arm velocity to 60 MPH, lowered 60-time, and improved offensive numbers. At SS, Luciano works from the ground-up, he presents his glove well, and hands are firm. He keeps the ball in front of his body, shows a clean exchange, and throws with accuracy across the diamond. Quicker footwork and playing more through the ball will help improve defensive skills. On the mound, Luciano has a FB that touches 56 MPH, he is around the zone with his pitches, and lands with a square direction toward home. He will need to loosen his arm circle and work down in the zone for mound effectiveness to improve. At the plate, Luciano has a square stance, good balance, and he swing in good rhythm. He swings on-plane, makes consistent contact, and hits line drives using his lower body well. Hitting can continue to spike with a more still head and added bat speed.

Luciano is a lean, athletic 2B/RHP who will graduate in 2026. At the plate is where he shows best through an open setup. Hands are quick as he works through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Lower half works well through the swing and he hits into a firm front side. At 2B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active but needs to attack balls more and play through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. He moves well laterally with range improving as he increases foot quickness. On the mound, he works to a controlled balance point, has smooth separation and fires from a clean/loose arm action. He gets strong glove-side lead and stays directional toward the dish. FB ranges from 47-49 mph. Breaking ball displays 10/4 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with arm side run but throws too hard resembling fastball. Stock on the mound will continue to improve as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. With 6 years to further develop, Luciano has potential with time and room to progress his game.
