02/01/2015 - College PREP - Houston, TX Marshall returned to a Baseball Factory event for the first time in three and a half years, and showed great growth. Now in his junior year of high school, Marshall swung the bat with good balance, timing, and activated hands. He was patient to hit the ball where it was pitched and flashed pull side pop with front side extension. He was coordinated with his hands/hips to generate good bat speed and with a more consistent level path, will hit more line-drives. In the OF, he got to a good fielding position on-time with efficient foot work and a soft glove. He worked back on fly balls well and had a clean exchange to throw. Finding a more consistent productive pace and staying strong with his front side to throw will improve arm strength and overall ability. In all - Marshall is an intriguing athlete that ran a 7.24 sixty and played the game with a sense of consistency necessary for the next level.
