10/14/2015 - Arizona Junior Fall Classic Michael showcased as both a 2B/RHP at the Arizona Junior Fall Classic with Baseball Factory. Defensively, he made all the routine plays with decent hands and feel for his position. He worked to the baseball well and had decent body control to field and throw. Building more core strength and boosting arm strength are crucial to continued success and growth as the game speeds up. Offensively, he got the barrel down to the baseball and collected 3 singles and a double on the weekend. He showed flashes of instincts on the bases and played the game the right way. On the mound, he threw a FB, 11/5 CB, and a CH with run. He worked with consistency, balance, on-time separation, and a clean arm stroke. He changed speeds well, and was very consistent in the zone with his CB. In all - Michael is a gamer, he makes the plays, he gets the barrel to the baseball, and he repeats on the mound throwing strikes - with continued work and structure, Michael has a bright future.
