Michael is a young (2024 grad), R/R OF who worked hard on his skills during his time at the All-Region Tournament. With the bat, this righty shows an open stance with rhythm to load. He tracks pitches into the zone, takes a hack and looks to drive the ball to all parts of the field. Swinging on a more direct path while engaging his lower 1/2 more will help to increase pop off of the barrel. In the OF, he hustles to his right and left to track down fly-balls. He secures it with soft hands, has a clean transfer and works in-line toward his target. Getting on a long toss program will help to increase arm strength which will aid in his defensive development.
