07/23/2017 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 (Ages 12-14) Milind continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. At the plate, is where he shows best through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He shows a feel for the barrel and has strength in his swing with power showing best to the pull side. At 1B, he displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Hands are clean but needs to present more out front. Feet are aggressive as he attacks balls but will benefit by playing through with his body. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he is makes adjustments and is a great team player.

12/18/2016 - Interactive Video Program - Madison (NYC), NJ Milind is a tall, athletic 1B/RHP. At 1B, he displays good bag awareness. He works hard bodying up Gb's as he makes the routine plays. On the hill, this RHP delivers from a HI 3/4 arm slot. He throws well from the stretch as he keeps hitters off balance with his CH. With the bat, Milind gets into a solid load. He takes aggressive cuts through the zone as he drives pitches on a line. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
