03/13/2016 - College PREP - Ashburn (DC), VA Nathan has really improved all of his baseball tools since the last time that we saw him. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a 7.43 runner. Behind the plate, he threw his lowest pop time to date at 2.19. He works in line, gaining ground as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. Receiving / blocking skills now show as quality tools that will play well at the next level. In the OF, he takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. Feet are active as he works to get behind balls, playing through with momentum to his target. Hands / feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy on his throws. At the plate, he only showed as a RHH but has improved his hitting / power potential. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He works on time and creates torque with baseball jumping off the bat when centered.
